New York Grill

Dramatically perched on the 52nd floor of Park Hyatt Tokyo is the dynamic New York Grill, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering breathtaking views of Tokyo. The contemporary and sophisticated interior features four substantial paintings of New York scenes by Italian artist Valerio Adami and a wine cellar housing over 1,600 bottles of wines. Our Chef de Cuisine and his team practice their art in the stunning open kitchen, drawing guests into the dining experience. The menu features a wide selection of prime quality Japanese and imported beef, market fresh seafood and poultry roasted to perfection on the rotisserie.

Girandole

Girandole, relaxed and romantic yet full of life in true French brasserie tradition, offers all day dining and simple, delicious fare that is satisfyingly authentic. The dinner menu highlights signature brasserie dishes and the lunch menu also includes selected Asian favourites. In the morning, guests may enjoy a hearty buffet in addition to Western and Japanese style breakfasts.

FULLERTON, SINGAPORE

The palatial Governor Suite is The Fullerton Hotel's grand suite. Design elements of the suite include wall motifs that date back to the 1920s, giving a special ambience and a sense of place and history. Most impressive of all is the Presidential Suite. Formerly the card room of the elite Singapore Club, it is The Fullerton Hotel's most exclusive suite. At 199 square metres, it is furnished with a baby grand piano and has a private elevator for discreet access -ideal, therefore, for presidents and other VIPs.

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore was ranked as one of the world's top hotels in the much-coveted Conde Nast Traveler 2010 'Gold List'. In July 2001, the hotel received the Urban Redevelopment Authority Architectural Award, Singapore's highest honour recognising contributions towards the protection and restoration of Singapore's heritage.

Rooms

The hotel's interior designers, Hirsch Bedner and Associates, created a style of decor that is contemporary and stylish.  All are spacious, clean, and modern.
